Deliver essential data-driven insights to evaluate the progress of Copilot adoption and identify areas where additional employee support and training might be beneficial. Additionally, offer a comprehensive overview of an organization's quantitative and qualitative improvements in productivity with Copilot.

My Journey in design leadership and collaborative success

01 Role and Responsibilities:

As the design lead from initial concept to global deployment, my role entails close collaboration with project managers (PMs) to define and articulate requirements, project planning, user research, agile iteration and design reviews. Beyond the core product work, I am also responsible for creating assets for the company's product announcement at board meetings, as well as the Microsoft Ignite conference, and the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting.

02 Cross-Team Collaboration:

I lead design reviews with PM, engineering, and design leaders at senior to partner levels. This cross-team/timezone sync beyond Viva Insights is crucial to ensure stakeholders are aligned in order to keep the product development process agile.

03 Successful Product Launch:

Our team successfully shipped the first version of the product in record time in collaboration with PMs, content designers, data scientists, and researchers. By participating in a time-critical and a high-visibility project, I required a high level of focus and made precise design decisions within a quick turnaround time.

02 Adoption page-Recognize how Copilot is being leveraged:

Examine Copilot usage by app and by feature; understand where and how AI features are being used. Apply a variety of filters and scopes to adoption trend reports for deeper organizational views.

03 Impact page-See where Copilot is adding the most value:

See the number of Copilot-assisted hours over the past 28 days. Visualize a summary of Copilot actions and behavior changes across workplace activities, such as meetings, email, chat, document creation, and graph-grounded search.
